DCES Advances Strategic Powered Land Opportunity in Wyoming for Next-Generation Data Center Development

Data Center Energy Solutions today announced the advancement of a strategic powered land opportunity in Sweetwater County, Wyoming, designed to support large-scale AI and data center infrastructure. The proposed Prairie Signal Campus is being evaluated as a multi-phase development with behind-the-meter natural gas power generation, scalable land capacity, and long-term infrastructure optionality.

The project brings together DCES’ expertise in site selection, land strategy, energy partnerships, and development execution to address one of the most pressing challenges in digital infrastructure: speed-to-power.

“This is the type of opportunity DCES was built to pursue,” said David Gonzales, Co-Founder and President of DCES. “The future of AI infrastructure depends on bringing land and power together faster, with the right partners and a realistic path to execution.”

DCES is working with energy, utility, development, and capital partners to advance feasibility and evaluate a phased development strategy for the site.
